Press down and hold onto the in Google Meet to talk, this extension is similar to having a walkie talkie.
Once you have finished speaking, just let go of the and you'll be automatically on Mute. Our extension works well for hangouts meet
The main benefit of this extension is you automatically mute yourself after speaking and do not have to keep pressing the mute/unmute button using the mouse. You can unmute yourself using the keyboard instead.
If you do not wish to use the space bar as the hotkey, you can configure your own hotkey instead. Try our Auto Mute solution for google hangouts meet

Does not work in 2023. According to reviews, it didn't in 2021 either.
How do you change the hotkey? There is no option on mine?
Using space bar for push to talk makes me think you never actually used push to talk, you bind that to one of the function keys not a key that does something unintentionally while you're trying to talk.
Were is the instruction to change hotkey? It does not even work
its great for online study in the times of COVID 19 ,especially for students.

bro it always opens the chat it sucks I recommend you not to get it
It seems the last update of Chrome (89.0.4389.114) broke the little extra feature of allowing "Mute On Join", which was pretty useful to me. Other than that, great extension!
