1. User installs the extension and authenticates with their Presto/Oystr account via the extension popup. 2. The extension connects to console.presto.oystr.com.br via API and WebSocket for real-time credential management. 3. When visiting supported Brazilian government/legal sites, the content script detects the site and triggers credential auto-fill or site login via the Presto backend. 4. Digital certificates are managed remotely and can be used for document signing (CMS/CAdES). 5. 2FA/PIN validation may be required for sensitive operations. 6. Team members can share access to credentials without exposing raw passwords or certificates.
