The Chrome Extension allows users to assign Howdou Interactive Tutorials directly in Google Classroom and imports the scores after completion. This extension can be used by teachers, coaches and administrators to enhance the digital skills of their staff and students (students do not require this extension).
There are a number of free Howdous available and you can subscribe to gain access to our full set. For more details see workspaceskills.com

Loved using Howdou to train staff and learners on how to use Google for Education tools. Learners enjoyed collecting and viewing their badges.
Howdou is such a fantastic tool for students and teachers! Not only does it assess knowledge of how to use Google tools but it also allows students /teachers to complete it in self guided mode allowing them to learn whilst using it. Because the app is practical and not just a task given by the teacher our students love it. The best bit is for students/teachers who may not know how to complete a particular skill they are prompted with what it is to move on. We love the badges and the passport where teachers and students can collect all of their badges and it is also amazing to see not just their competency but also their efficiency to use shortcuts and faster actions. The best tool for developing Digital Literacy and Digital skills in school for students and staff. Can't recommend this enough!
I really appreciate how it goes at your own pace and adapts to your learning style… Great for working through learning about the Google tools at my leisure. Our students love the gamification piece and badges, especially collecting them in their the digital passports!
This is a fantastic tool! Not only does it give your staff and students great, practical, hands-on practice on digital tools. You can also use it in a self-guided mode that allows users to "learn by doing." Then, you get assessment data on how those users are doing. I cannot recommend more highly!
Howdou is a wonderful way to train staff and students on how to use the Google for Education tools. The hints and tips, as well as the learning by doing method is brilliant. We have had lots of students complete the badges.
