This extension allows you to set custom values for the following text spacing properties: Line height, letter spacing, word spacing, and paragraph spacing.

You can use it also as a way of testing the WCAG success criterion 1.4.12 - Text Spacing.

Works well! And is working in iFrames, too. There are a couple bookmarklets with the same functionality, but this browser add-on provides a couple extra features.
