Anwendungstipp für die Suche: am besten ein Jahr oder ggf. ein Jahrzehnt auswählen und dann den Browser auf 25% zoomen. Das Browserfenster darf man während der Suche nicht verlassen.

Based on my prior experience with tools of this type, my expectations were set way too low. At this point, I have only used it one time to review one Google Photos album. It had about 1000 pictures in it. I had it set at 99% similarity. I knew it had absolute duplicates, owing to the problem of my single photos begin duplicated somewhere between my iPhone and the handoff to Google Photos. Except the duplicates always had a smaller file size. In my case, it found one 157 of these duplicates, and moved them safely to trash where I can recover them if something went askew. I haven't taken advantage of the more sophisticated features yet, but if I were to stop right now and just use it as I have it would be worth the money to me.

I originally bought the Pro version just to clean up a massive amount of duplicate photos caused by a device sync issue. But this tool does so much more. The similarity threshold features (95%, 90%, 85%, etc.) combined with the AI assist to find the best shot are absolute game-changers. What I love most is the flexibility: being able to set custom rules—like "keep the oldest photo"—makes managing a bloated library effortless. Honestly, I’m glad I paid for the extension. There is simply no alternative on the market that does this job so well. Highly recommended!

Francamente, ho 131.000 foto su Gfoto, di cui un buon 10/12% duplicate. Lo so perchè passo un sacco di tempo a cancellarle ma con così tante foto è una missione impossibile. Ho provato la versione FREE di questa estensione e pur cambiando threshold diverse volte non ha mai trovato un solo duplicato. Come fai a fidarti ad acquistare la versione a pagamento se già quella free non funziona?
