Blankie is a mindful browsing extension that gently pauses you before visiting distracting or anxiety-inducing websites — giving you a moment to check in with yourself before heading down a rabbit hole.

How it works

When you navigate to a site on your blocked list, Blankie shows a calm interstitial screen that asks how you're feeling. Pick a mood, take a breath, and then decide: skip it, find something better, or go ahead with intention.
