This Chrome extension is designed for academic research purposes. It extracts publicly available postcodes and EPC-related data from the source code of Rightmove property listing pages.

When a user visits a Rightmove property listing, the extension scans the page for the EPC rating chart and associated metadata. It then parses the page content to retrieve:

- The property’s postcode

- A link to the EPC

- The page URL

This data can be used for university research, particularly in the fields of energy efficiency, property market analysis, or urban studies.
