This tool saves me hours every day and allows me to focus more on my patients (something that's very important as a psychologist!). Its accuracy in capturing nuanced clinical discussions is fantastic, allowing me to be 100% present without worrying about missing a detail. The structure is intuitive and requires very minimal editing - I could never go back to taking notes manually.

This is a good program, but when I've had a problemTechnical support is virtually useless. They take a message and they're going to call you back, which they never do so your stock and don't know when the programs going to be up and operating, or have you made a mistake, absolutely nobody to support you. I'm a busy primary care doctor, and when I walk into an exam room in this thing doesn't work it really destroys my flow so they definitely need some help if the going to play in the space

I am extremely dissatisfied at the poor customer service and ultimately extremely subpar product offered here AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This software initially appeared to save time and be effective, however after using it for a few months it made multiple basic errors. It frequently gets medication names wrong, fabricates information and misses out on vital information! As a test, i ran some test transcripts through base Chat GPT and was surprised when it was able to produce a better SOAP note than this "trained AI". I was using the paid service and when asking for a refund given the poor performance, multiple issues it had with SOAP note generation and accuracy, the team was quite resistant and would not negotiate. Very poor customer service, very poor product and there are many better scribes out there!
