Securely access MyGlue password, documents, and more on any Chrome extension web pages
With the MyGlue Chrome extension, you’ll have instant access to MyGlue information whenever you need it. You can quickly and securely access all of your MyGlue passwords, create passwords, and preview assets right from within the browser extension. This means no more switching pages and no more copy/paste of usernames and passwords to sign in to websites and services. The extension also supports Single Sign-On (SSO), should your organization have it enabled.
Passwords:
- Create, access and view passwords within the browser extension - all passwords that are saved in MyGlue will be available
- Password creation: ability to create business personal and team based passwords in browser extension
- Password autofill: usernames and passwords stored in IT Glue are automatically populated in login fields

My Apps Secure Sign-in Extension
1stream Click-to-dial
this is our preferred password manager that we use for our business - we manage client social media and websites and need a secure tool that allows us to easily (and securely!) get access in-office and remotely. It's easy to log in, swap between devices, and share passwords across our team, without any of the data security risks that other managers have. It takes some getting used to, but that's just the way things go with finding an actual secure option. We love it!
Worse Password Management tool out there, I would rather use the built-in browser password manager over this. Does not autofill whatsoever and have to fight between the browser password manager when it's supposed to take it's place.
Has to be the worst password manager I have ever used. Even a built-in browser password manager far exceeds MyGlue's functionality - Mobile app search function is practically useless. Hardly ever returns a result, event when searching exact match terms - There is not way to update a password that needs to be changed from the add-in. You have to log into the web portal instead - Does not flag potential duplicate accounts - Fails to auto-fill usernames on some sites, but no way to manually trigger the function to learn the correct field. - Search feature is hit or miss in the browser extension. It has gotten better, but still does not always return relevant items - Issues with authentication between the plugin and the web-app. Sometimes it is not possible to access both experiences while logged into the other - Does not accept user feedback directly from the user base. Relies on admins to pass along feedback to Kaseya DO NOT RECOMMEND.
doesn't support SSO logins required to get the extension signed in.
Poor application. Don't auto fill the pages. I needed to copy and paste the credentials all the time. I don't recommend.
The point of a password manager is that you don't have to remember passwords yourself, but with this extension I still have to for some applications I use often. The problem is mostly single sign on for me. I click on login, the website (app.eu.myglue.com) will be opened in a separate tab for login, I see that I'm logged in, then the tab will close again and nothing happens. No credentials filled and extension is still not logged in. When I go to the website (app.eu.myglue.com) myself, login and go back, the extension seems to be logged in. However I can refresh the page all I want or open it in a new tab, but no credentials are automatically filled still. Only after a while (10 minutes or so) it'll start auto-filling credentials. So then you try to search manually in the extension for the credentials you need, but you have to remember the start of the name or url, because it will only match on start. For example you will not find your credentials for 'account.example.com' if you type 'example' in the search bar. You have to start with 'account'.
We switched from LastPass (for obvious security reasons) to MyGlue for password management. I gave it a year of use to shake off any initial negative views because it was "different that what I'm used to". Here are my observations: • Single Sign On doesn't always stick the first (or second, or third) time. • The extension injects CSS into places it shouldn't be. As a web developer, I know this is really easy to control, so I can only assume it is a lazy attempt to put together a browser extension. • The extension doesn't let you edit your passwords, but rather redirects you to the website to do so. • It still shows Archived passwords in the list of regular items without indicating that it is any different. Couple this with my organization's decision to not let any of us delete passwords and it leads to a very bad user experience. • It doesn't give you the option to update a password when it detects that it may be different than what you already have for that site. Sometimes I think it would be better to just use the browser's built-in password manager.
Works like a charm. A few glitches now and then where it can't find the signin field but even then I can still use the extension to quick find my password without having to open a new tab and searching it. I can search quickly right in the extension. But man it works 99% of the time and it changes lives, I swear. Probably saves us each 15 minutes a day if you really think about how much time you spend finding passwords, them not working and having to reset, all that is a time killer. This extension is sweet.
This application is overwriting the CSS of websites that do not belong to MyGlue/ITGlue/Kaseya.
On some websites it works exactly how it should. On other websites, the extension is causing username and/or password boxes to disappear, completely breaking the login process.
