How it works

1.Request W-9/W-8 forms via email or hosted page: Instantly send W-9/W-8 requests to recipients via email or provide access to a hosted page using a secure URL or downloadable QR code.

2. Recipients complete and submit forms online: Your recipients can easily select the appropriate form (W-9, W-8BEN, or W-8BEN-E), fill it out, and e-sign—all through a protected link.

3. Validate and store recipient data: Once submitted, recipient TINs can be validated, and their data is securely stored in your TaxBandits account.

4.File 1099s using verified information: At year-end, you can use the collected and verified data to file 1099 forms accurately and efficiently—no rework required.
