Have you ever heard the term "enshittification"? If you haven't, it refers to the strategy of incrementally degrading a product or service over time to reduce costs to increase profit. Google Search is one such example by applying sponsored ads, AI summaries, and other unnecessary bloat when you're trying to quickly find information.
This browser extension works to deshittify Google Search, effectively forcing the "web" filter to be applied. It will not affect other search filters such as images, videos, news, books, shopping, forums, maps, flights, or finance.
The web filter clears the clutter that is the automatically generated AI summaries and rich results like product ads, video clips, FAQ dropdowns ("People also ask"), sidebar stuff, and more. All you'll get are the web results you asked for.
Compatible with other country codes like google.de, google.cn, google.co.uk, etc.
Compatible with Google My Business and Google reviews.
Opera users: this extension works with the Opera browser, but there is an additional step needed to enable it after installing it. Right click the extension icon and select "Manage extension". On this page, scroll down to the setting "Allow access to search page results" and toggle it so that it is enabled. This setting is disabled by default.

Remove AI Previews in Google Search
Remove unwanted search results from Google for a better search experience.
Automatically remove AI summaries from Google search by adding the `udm=14` parameter.
Doesnt work for me, at least, not anymore :(
the best udm=14 google extension. if you like it, review it so more people can see it.
Seems like this extension works by searching the UDM=14 automatically (I HOPE). Other extensions only messes visually with CSS or uses the WEB search after it already made google render the AI overview. I don't use it and don't wanna cause unnecessary pollution. Thanks for this.
Works perfectly ! My sanity is restored to simply insane. Thank you.
It works perfectly! You just need to "Allow access to search page results" in settings. Thank you.
Actually works unlike the "most picked" 4.4 star one that refreshed the search page so quickly google asked me to complete a series of captcha mini games to prove I wasn't their AI taking over the servers.
