не умеет подгонять картинки под экран. Т.е. очень большие картинки - видно какой-то кусок, маленькие - такие же маленькие, видно плохо

this works on some photos and shows the larger version in weird places on the screen sometimes the image is hanging off the side of the screen so it's cropped. Does not compare to Hover Zoom+ which unfortunately is no longer supported by Google.

Very useful. It is really fast, full size images are displayed quickly and usually in higher resolution as within the webpage. For example, saves a lot of time when browsing shops because you can see big images without having to load product pages. I was looking for a replacement for "HoverZoom+" which I loved using but which Google wants to remove from the store, unfortunately. Huge difference is that "Hover zoom image" is off by default for new tabs and has to be activated once, so you should pin the extension icon to the top bar to make it easy.

I got it working - unintuitively. Had to click Disable and then Enable to get it to work. Have only rated a 4 because rather than scale the image to your screen size, it just shows it as large as possible (max resolution), so while you might be seeing some detail, you're missing detail on the parts that are cut off by the edges of your screen. Need some way to control the zoomed image, e.g. open it in a new tab. So far, potentially good replacement for the old Hover Zoom.

Doesn't work. I tried Google image search and a generic image site. It didn't do anything. So the other reviewer claimed it removed the checkboxex next to Gmail inbox. I think they are reviewing the wrong extension because it does NOTHING in Gmail.
