The extension has ceased to work in popping up a transcript on a specific tab when I activate the extension. instead, it tells me to login. I click to login, it opens a tab where I login, but the original tab still is asking me to login.

I have been a loyal Otter Pro user for several years. I recently had to use an upgraded package due to the unusual length of the recording. I already had a balance of $60 or so on my account, this has disappeared. When I wanted to revert to my Pro Package my account was removed with no credit at all! I now have a free account, which is useless for my needs. I have since tried customer service but they don’t seem to exist! I am very disappointed with Otter. In the past I have won many customers for them as an enthusiastic advocate, not any more! I do need the software and have had to pay for another year’s Pro licence, through "gritted teeth"! So, they owe me the balance from last years fee! But there is no one to speak to. Non-existent customer service is a killer for me!

I love using this extension for transcribing Youtube videos and basically any audio playing on my browser! It's been very accurate so far in picking up words even when the person has an accent. I sometimes use it for my Google meetings and I like that it automatically starts recording when my meeting starts and there's no annoying bot in the meeting room so that I can be discreet about it.
