OpenDyslexic is a free, open-source font designed to make reading easier for people with dyslexia. This extension replaces all fonts on web pages with the OpenDyslexic font, making content more readable and accessible.
Sometimes letters can feel jumbled or rotated, making reading frustrating. OpenDyslexic tackles this by giving each letter a heavier bottom, creating a "gravity" effect that helps keep them steady and grounded. This unique design makes it easier to recognize letters and read smoothly.
The distinct shapes of the letters also reduce confusion and swapping, so you can focus on reading without the struggle.

For everyone critiquing technical glitches with OpenDyslexic, please remember that individuals create and provide us these resources for free/donations. If you want to see a project like this expand to work across more platforms, languages, characters, etc. then please support creators directly. We will only get the future we want if we help create it. This font is a godsend for my ADHD, thank you so much!
No Cyrillic support
Like others, I'd give it a full score if OpenDyslexic supported symbols (+, etc) in web apps.
Works great on 99% of websites and literally makes them usable for me. Instant install on every new computer.
PRACTICABLE, ACCESIBLE & NICE FONTS
I very much enjoy the font but when in my Gmail account and adding a new contact many of the symbols becomes words and makes it hard to read. Hoping there will be fix for that soon.
The font really helps but it has trouble loading in special characters like a check mark as well as buttons on my work website
It's great for reading on websites, but i cannot identify a way to install the font for reading emails on Mail+ for Gmail on a MacAir. Could you advise me please. The only advice i found on google, was to ask yourselves and gmail. Thank you
The font is Great!! and has helped me with reading and studying alot since it came out but im trying to get it to work on exam fx where i need it the most for my certification and it wont work with the site
Love the font, but the formating seems to not allow for icon buttons on websites to remain as normal but instead types out the full icon. For example an "I" icon for Italic will be typed out as "Italic_font" which causes things to layer on websites which sadly makes it unusable for me.
