You can assign your preferred keyboard shortcut from Chrome menu > Extensions > Manage Extensions > Keyboard shortcuts (on the left side).

Thank you so much; it works perfectly! There was a specific website I needed to access for my work, but regardless of how many times I tried to clear the cookies/cache, and what methods I used, the styling stayed broken. This extension fixed it.
Did not work for me, latest chrome, no effect at all
Works great. I'm glad to find this as I had another extension that did the same thing, but it got removed from the Chrome store. Thanks for this!
Good app, but flashes the page and doesn't have keyboard shortcuts. If you want the same app, but with auto refresh, keyboard shortcuts and no page flash, look here: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/css-easy-reload/gdneaopkkdfjgifnadmghbfignnnmhaa
So nice when you don't want to reload the whole page, especially when it's a large page and might be slow to load locally.

Would be nice with a keyboard shortcut.
