Once gets the balance right. Instead of blocking distracting sites so aggressively that you just disable the blocker, it gives you one check-in per hour. That sounds small, but it changes the behavior pattern completely: you can still glance at X, Reddit, or Instagram without disappearing into a 45-minute spiral. The setup is simple, the concept is easy to understand, and the approach feels humane rather than punitive. For anyone who wants more focus without going full digital monastery, this is a great little extension.
