Caliber — Job Fit Score

Caliber helps job seekers see which roles are the strongest fit before they spend time applying.

After completing calibration on Caliber, the extension analyzes job descriptions directly on LinkedIn job pages and returns a Caliber fit score based on the user’s calibration profile.

For strong matches, users can open a concise breakdown that explains why the role fits, where the stretch areas are, and the bottom-line read on alignment.

The goal is to help users scan more efficiently, focus on high-fit opportunities, and avoid wasting time on poor matches.
