Empecé a usar Wachatbot para organizar mejor la atención al cliente desde WhatsApp Web y la verdad es que ayuda bastante cuando tienes muchas conversaciones abiertas al mismo tiempo. Me gustó que permite mantener todo más ordenado y responder más rápido sin depender de varias herramientas separadas. También se nota útil para equipos pequeños que necesitan trabajar sobre la misma cuenta o gestionar clientes de forma más profesional.
