1) Copy adjacent columns with student names in the first column and scores in the second column.
2) Right click on a student input for an assignment in Infinite Campus and select "Paste Grades" ( not the default "Paste" ).
Infinite Campus Autofill will match names and automatically paste the copied values for each student. Any names that couldn't find a match will be left blank.
( If you don't see "Paste Grades" as an option, make sure a grade input is selected for the expanded assignment when you right click. )

Game changer for inputting grades! Love this!!
When I select, copy and paste a column of grades from a CSV file to Infinite Campus, it pastes a zero in the first cell and leaves the remainder unchanged. Doesn't seem to work.
I was unable to get the grades to paste. I did everything like directed. When right clicking the paste grades function did not work.
This thing is awesome and a major time saver! I like how you can copy more than one classes grades, but when you paste it will still only put the classes grades your on and in the correct student spot.
Mass export for a page would be helpful and it's aggravating to have to set the names up so specifically but this is a great solution to your problem!
