I dont know what I'd do without this app. This has helped me get so many things that I normally couldnt be fast enough to get without it. I no longer use Vinehelper because this app is all I need. Customer Service is definitely the BEST out there. They have always been QUICK to respond and every help I needed was taken care. They were patient enough to find out what was wrong and guided me step by step on how to fix things. To be honest, in a world where customer service is lacking, Im always surprised at how fast they respond and the attentiveness they've given me. They obviously value my business as much as I value their services!

Developer is more fragile than wet tissue paper. Gave them feedback in the least offensive way possible after they made critical changes and they flipped out and banned me. For context: No idea what the dev is talking about, that has nothing to do with this. They're unhinged.

Ultraviner is the most comprehensive, customizable tool available for finding the things you want on Amazon Vine. It completely re-imagines the interface and allows you to set alerts for items you want, as well as highlighting or hiding items in RFY, AI, and AFA. The support is incredible and I am proud to be coming up on one year of use, will absolutely re-subscribe.

Needs a standard login process - i.e. email/user id/password vice having to have an account with one of the three SM sites. I am sure it helps with some of the functionality for the chat style features but for those that just want basic just want the main functionality it is a roadblock to what otherwise would be a great app. I can not get to the dashboard without being able to login but some of of the other functionality is available. I might even have paid for the upgraded features were I to be able to use a simple login vice having to have another SM login.

I loaded Ultraviner and I'll admit I'm struggling with how best to configure and use the tool as it's a bit overwhelming for new users. I do love the chat feature - being able to get an idea what others are getting in their RFY is helpful. What I'm really curious to know, as I was just moved to Gold, has anyone been removed from Vine for using Ultraviner? I've read about people getting removed from the program for using plug-in tools to help. Apologies for not leaving a better review - still getting used to the Vine Program and I don't want to risk my participation. I also appreciate that the developer takes time to answer questions and respond to user comments!

Gave me 3 ways to log in. I tried all 3. It just kept saying the email address wasn't associated with my Amazon account. No idea what the secret is to loggin in, but I give up. Would have been nice if it had been a standard login and password rather than trying to use some other account, like Reddit or Facebook.

Every single feature that sets this apart is locked behind a paywall. Vine Helper is multitudes better, since it lets you highlight $0 ETV items in your queue without paying a useless monthly fee.
