well it was working before but now getting errors when trying to load from Aliexpress to my site, I can add products from the plug in in my woocommerce but it doesn't bring in all the variations, I see them in the list but when I import they are not there. Something isn't right with this, I tried deleting the plug in, reset it up etc. the set up wizard gets stuck on one page where the currency conversion from RU. to Dollar is. it won't accept a number and move on. Frustration, looking for a plug in that works. :-( of course you only get really basic for free have to pay to get things done correctly.

it does feel more like you're renting the plugin rather than purchasing it. Although you technically buy the license, The licensing model seems to have several challenges that could be frustrating for users. Limiting support to only 6 months, especially when frequent plugin updates may cause compatibility issues with server environments (like PHP versions), can lead to disruptions in functionality. Requiring customers to purchase additional support or a new license every 6 months to resolve these issues adds a financial burden and reduces the overall user experience. Additionally, the restriction of contacting support only through tickets, and only after ensuring an active support period, could be seen as limiting, particularly if domain changes or technical issues arise unexpectedly. Customers might feel that the cost of renewing support is excessive, especially if it's nearly the same price as purchasing a new license. I have expired support license and can not contact them as I changes my domain unless I buy support license To improve customer satisfaction, it would be beneficial to offer more flexibility in the support structure, such as longer initial support periods, a more affordable renewal option, or compatibility guarantees to minimize the need for frequent support.

I have had to repurchase this plugin YET again today, as well as spend over $300.00 for my tech to only tell me that the plugin has bad issues(bugs) and doesnt update or work.( he has set it up before for my other websites, that I got this plugin for) and not having this much of an issue. I have sent numerous emails and still to this day have not received any response back... Mind you this has been almost a year. I had also tried to recover the license and couldnt because the license was somehow blocked as well as my account .So i was forced to purchase it yet again. It seems as if nobody is in the office. If they cant correct this issue, they need to refund me my money and for the $300.00 for the plugin and tech.

Hello, I could use it before, but in 2024, I found that it can no longer be used, sometimes good or bad! Sometimes when uploading products, it prompts that there are 8 errors and cannot be uploaded.
