This extension only works on chat.openai.com , even though the url is https://chatgpt.com/c/

Zero stars. It only works on chat.openai.com/chat and guess what happens when you go to that site? it forwards you to chatgpt.com which the extension won't work on. This is useless, broken, not updated, and probably more.
