Regen is a Chrome extension that interrupts doomscrolling loops and brings you back into intentional focus. Instead of drifting through YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Instagram, or Twitter/X, Regen stops the loop when your session ends and asks for a 50 word reflection before you can return.
This isn’t punishment. It’s a protocol for deliberate action.
