Terrible experience. Constantly crashes. Garbage tool
I'm consistently having to remove the extension, re-download, troubleshoot in gmail or directly in the groove app etc. There are consistent issues that take too much time to resolve. I've also reached out to Clari support a couple of times in the last 2-3 weeks and have received no response. Despite the consistent technical issues, I do like the tool itself when it does work.
Terrible tool, consistent weekly technical issue. Lot of functionality within the platform doesn't actually work and serves no purpose. Small portion of daily emails sent aren't tracked for opens even though I check the box manually. No way of reporting issues directly to Clari, issues have to be reported internally which leads the issues never actually getting fixed. Brutal tool to use. Have used Groove for over 3yrs, there has been 0 improvement in quality or functionality in that time
I reinstall this software on my computer every day because it does not work.
just terrible. I end up having to re-install and reboot several times a week to get stuff to work decently.
Great for tracking emails and ensuring everything flows into Salesforce. I find that from time to time, it will disconnect itself from my Gmail and won't reconnect without removing and reinstalling the program.
Groove doesn't automate enough, but hits all the basic steps for sales outreach workflows.

Gives you the ability to customize and automate quality outreach. Very useful tool.
Groove is a good basic platform for BDR/SDRs and AEs. It gets the job done in a simple and easy manner but may not have all the bells and whistles as some of the other systems out there.
