The Sense Messaging Extension for Google Chrome allows you to instantly communicate via SMS with all of your contacts directly from your desktop. Communicate and engage with talent in the channel your candidates prefer.

All of your messages and contacts are synced between the Chrome Extension and Sense Web, iOS, and Android apps to allow you to easily manage texting conversations from your desktop. All with full visibility back into your ATS and Sense Engage Platform with full and native integration.

The 7/14 update made every phone number on websites a hyperlink that opens the Sense app to send a text. This has made my workflow VERY frustrating. I need to copy numbers from small cells oh pages, but now I keep copying extra text or accidentally clicking the link, which freezes the page bc its trying to send a text. I submitted a support ticket two weeks ago and never got a response. Please give us the option to turn this off. I do more then just send texts with these numbers.

The extension works really smooth. I love the way I can use sense messaging features without keeping a dedicated browser tab open for it. Also, the ability to grab numbers from the screen while sending bulk messages works seamlessly and makes my life very easy.

This thing is glitchy and needs many improvements, but I'm stuck with it because it's what my company uses. I'm not a fan. The search function is horrible. It shows I have unread texts when all my texts have been read. They constantly feel the need to tell me how many characters I've entered, which pops up and blocks my candidate's message to me. They don't really care about their product or making improvements.

The template functions are nice but the app is clunky and doesnt always load all of your messages. No ability to create a text group.
