An updated version of the old clipboard inserter plugin, with identical functionality but now utilizing manifest v3 and newer chrome apis.

When turned on in a tab, this extension pastes the content of your clipboard at every change. This is useful when used alongside a texthooker, so you can track how much of a Visual Novel you read at that day and easily create Anki cards.

To toggle its functionality, click the icon of this extension. If the addon is turned off, it won't execute any script or use your browser resources.

This extension uses Clipboard icons created by Freepik - Flaticon.

Worse than the original clipboard inserter in my experience. Whenever my laptop's screen goes in standby, the extension stops working, even if the clipboard icon shows it's "on". If I click the icon again it stays on, pasting my last copied text, but twice. In this state the extension keeps pasting everything twice like there's two processes working simultaneously. To solve this I have to remember (!!!) and click the extension 3 times (on, off, on again) everytime i leave my laptop for more than 5 minutes. I feel it's a bug somewhere here, never had this particular issue with the former clipboard inserter extension

i used to use another extension "clipboard inserter" but it was discontinued, i installed others but they didnt work. this app is very similar to it. no issues. nice extension
