Receive notifications, via the extension icon, for your YouTube™ subscriptions and live events.

Remember when subscribing meant being notified? We do too.

Notifications for YouTube™ actively listens for new activity from all your subscriptions. A persistent, yet non-invasive, icon above the Chrome browsing window keeps track of the number of new notifications you have.

When opened, notifications are listed in chronological order, newest first. Soon you will have the option of seeing notifications grouped by your subscribed channels as well.

Dear Dev! This is a awesome extension I have to say, but I found some issues! Such as, "Clear Notification" doesn't work; notifications came again after clicking the clear button. And please add the option to configure which notifications users can see; in my case, I don't want to see any Shorts and now notifications popping up. Thank you.

it is not available for the reason: "You can't sign in to this app because it doesn't comply with Google's OAuth 2.0 policy for keeping apps secure. You can let the app developer know that this app doesn't comply with one or more Google validation rules." looks like authenication error

Unfortunately with this extension loaded, I cannot actually access the subscriptions page of youtube. Even after closing the "import subscriptions" dialog box, it returns on every subsequent load of the subscriptions page. closing it just yields a blank screen. I'd be happy to try this plugin out again if this is fixed. but for now, it's a no-go.

Works pretty well! :D Do you think you could add an option to receive notifications for community posts as well? I tend to miss them all time.. 😓 Or does the Youte API not provide that piece of information?

Fantastic extension; it displays all notifications, separate notifications for live streams. Desktop notifications would have been a huge plus, but I'm sure you already know that.

its cool and all but I wish I could disable shorts notifications... EDIT: Ok now the popup asking me to import subscriptions now shows up each time i open history and wont go away until i import again! Gonna stop using this for now....
