Claro Analytics Job Seeking Sonar™ is a game-changing tool for recruiters who use LinkedIn. Job Seeking Sonar™ will tell you when someone you follow on LinkedIn becomes a passive job seeker so you can connect with them before anyone else!

You can add anyone on LinkedIn to your Favorites folder in the Job Seeking Sonar™ extension with just one click. When that person becomes a passive job seeker, the extension will notify you and their profile link will turn green (see screen shots).

The extension also serves a second purpose. It provides a handy bookmark feature that will enhance your LinkedIn experience. You can add up to 100 people in this free version of the extension and be able to go to any person's profile with just one click!
