WHY YOU NEED THIS:
Every video player seems to have its own rules. YouTube skips 5 seconds, Netflix jumps 10, and some players don't let you skip at all. Worse, many override your keyboard shortcuts, forcing you to use their clunky controls. It's frustrating when you just want to rewind a few seconds to catch something you missed.
Video Rewind & Fast-forward ends this chaos by overriding ALL default video controls, giving you consistent navigation across every website.

I use it for Twitch that skips 10s and this is the stupidest thing ever. Great expansion so far works fine! EDIT !!!!!!!! 1 star because since last update it is asking abusing permission stealing data and editing data from any site !!!!!! YOU are Warned!!!! 😨

This is exactly what I was looking for! Just needed to change the default rewind & fast-forward time used by YouTube when I click on left-arrow or right-arrow. When watching tutorial videos, sometimes you just want to hear that last 2 seconds of what the person says in the video. This Extension lets you permanently configure that time to the second.

The claim "consistent navigation across every website" is false, it does not work across every website. Tried it on various sites and it would not function. Also, another thing for quite a few sites that I've tried it on you have to be full screen in order for it to work.
Video Rewind & Fast-forward fixes the annoying skip limits across different sites. I can now rewind or fast-forward exactly how I want, no matter where I’m watching. Super smooth, consistent, and a total must-have!
Finally an extension that does ONE thing and does it PERFECTLY. Thank you!
