Useful for relisting quickly, however the edit images feature doesn't work in my experience, as then an error occurs, but I've been fine relisting without it.

Been with them since 2021 was loyal customer from the start, paid full price even during their trailing periods where they would mess up a lot - needed help transferring an old account subscription to a new one and absolutely useless no one would help even though it says to contact them for help with this reason just told me the only solution is to pay for another subscription. Cancelled my accounts on the widget and they still billed me I asked them to refund me and they said no we only refund if contacted within the 24hr mark 😂 Don't know if they sold the company to someone else but they were actually helpful once upon a time, I use to message them to let them know when certain things weren't working and advise them on what they can do to improve the app and they were always grateful but now they are complete waste of time takes days to hear anything back from them and if you ask more than one question in an email they only reply to one thing and ignore everything else so genuinely takes 20 working days to get answers
