This extension only currently works with one Chrome profile. Using it across multiple profiles will not work. MuteMe software version 0.15.0 or above is required.

This extension seems to be buggy in a critical way, in that it can't always correctly track closed tabs. When it gets into a state where it thinks you still have a meeting tab open, that effectively breaks the entire app - the muteMe will keep unmuting itself because it is getting bogus state information from the extension. Hope this can be fixed, because it basically makes the app unusable for all other meeting tools.
This has been a game-changer for all my Meet meetings. Paired with the MuteMe button I have on my desk it makes navigating meetings so much easy while I multi-task with my screens. So many meetings in the day I need to have this so I can talk and work at the same time.
