TickTab is a smart and privacy-focused extension that automatically closes tabs you haven't looked at in a while. Unlike many other tab managers, TickTab survives browser and computer restarts!

Is your browser constantly cluttered with dozens of tabs you promised yourself you'd read later? TickTab solves this by silently cleaning up forgotten tabs after a customizable amount of time.

- Customizable Timeouts: Choose when a tab should expire using standard presets or precise custom units (Minutes, Hours, Days, Weeks).

- Master Toggle: Quickly pause the extension at any time via the options menu.

- Restart Resilient: TickTab carefully tracks tab activity locally, so timers survive restarts and crashes.

- Smart Exceptions: Never closes the active tab, pinned tabs, or tabs playing audio/video.
