Are you a drop shipper? Do you need invoices from AliExpress for your administration and book-keeping or any other purposes?

As you already know, most of the suppliers from AliExpress, for whatever reason, won’t send you an invoice when you need it.

Of course, you can change the supplier, but sometimes there aren’t any other good ones with items you need.

You can view and print details about each order from your account on AliExpress. But if you have shipped the order to your customer’s address directly, as often is the case with a dropshipping business model, there will be their name and address on order details page, and yours or your company’s name isn’t mentioned anywhere.

Yes, you could print screen and edit the page in some image editing software, but this can be time-consuming. You could be spending hours doing just that. You could hire a virtual assistant too.

Or, you could be using the simplest solution, Ali Invoice.

He adquirido la licencia de facturación por 3 meses y la he podido utilizar únicamente el día que la contraté, luego he querido imprimir otras facturas y no es posible, en el fondo del formato de facturación aparece el siguiente mensaje: " DEMO " y por esta causa no puedo imprimir dichos documentos. He enviado correo a la dirección de correo suministrado por Alinvoice y no he obtenido respuesta al respecto. Me parece un vil engaño y falta de seriedad para quienes contratamos dicho servicio.

There are few things that work as badly as this extension. Contact with support is basically non-existent. I paid $20 for something that stopped working after a month. It is a shame that there is no alternative for this application.

Objet : Problème avec la version professionnelle d'Alien Voice Bonjour, Je vous contacte car j’ai récemment acheté la version professionnelle de trois mois d’Alien Voice pour 20€. J’ai bien reçu ma clé d’activation et l’ai utilisée, mais j’ai de sérieux problèmes pour faire fonctionner l’application comme prévu. Je cherche à générer un fichier PDF pour imprimer mes factures AliExpress, mais au lieu de cela, l’application me produit un fichier au format JSON, que je ne peux pas utiliser. J’ai suivi toutes les instructions, y compris le téléchargement de Google Chrome, mais rien ne fonctionne comme attendu. Cela devient très frustrant, et je me demande si une solution est possible. Pouvez-vous m’aider à résoudre ce problème rapidement ? Sinon, serait-il envisageable d’obtenir un remboursement si le problème persiste ? Merci d’avance pour votre aide. Cordialement, CP

problem with date now as well.. dates are not updated... all my invoices printed with 1970 date!!! paid for life time, now I feel scammed... also bulk invoicing doesn't work... bought it to do that, and it doesn't do it properly... total is not correct... you can select specific items, etc.. may problems..

Last week, I attempted to generate receipts using your software tool. However, I have been encountering a persistent issue with the total calculation for the past week or so. It seems that the plugin is not accurately calculating the total amount for receipts. Specifically, the problem arises when there has been a price modification due to discounts from suppliers. For instance, if a supplier drops the price of an item from $5 to $1, the receipt generation tool does not account for this change and continues to calculate based on the original price of $5 instead of the revised price of $1. This discrepancy in price calculation has become a significant problem, particularly in relation to the calculation and submission of receipts for tax purposes. The tool's inability to account for price changes is leading to inaccuracies that could have serious implications for financial reporting and tax obligations.

The amount is always different for 1 or 2 orders so I need to manually change the price in each invoice. The developer did not answer anymore. I think they stop working on this extension.
