Huge time saving tool! You get access to homeowner data literally write at your finger tips. It’s easy to use: just install it, browse listings, and if owner info is available, it pops right up. You do need to register an account if you want to download the data, but there’s a free trial so you can try it out first. I wish I had this tool when I was generating new homeowners for my management company. I used to do the same thing but it took me 15 minutes to search for each record. I would go to Vrbo or Airbnb, then go to Google Maps to find the address (very often I had to click on Street View to see the address and image of home to confirm), then had to go to the public records site (in Florida PropertyAppraiser). Then I would go to a Skip Tracing site to get the phone or email. Now, I can review all of it in seconds! I love the ability to filter down to the exact property I'm looking for and then grab that contact info. Such a useful tool to get new homeowners!
