Mihup Realtime Agent Assist

The extension provides the UI/UX (frontend) to the users (agents) of the real-time agent solution. The agents in this case are call center operators who are talking and providing to customers though cloud telephony. The extension needs an executable to be kept running in the local system, which hosts a range of local web APIs that are then accessed by the chrome extension and displayed to the users (agents) in a meaningful way. The appearance of the extension to agents occur in the form of a hovering small window on top of the targeted web applications, much like any chat window functionality.

Although the background application which is outside the scope of this browser based extension is compulsory for this extension to work with all functionalities. The background application takes audio feed of the cloud telephony and performs Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and then provides further cues are provided to the users based on the generated transcript of the conversation between agents and customers.
