Once downloaded, simply click "Blink!" from the popup and the alarm will be initiated. Extremely helpful if you ever experienced eye strain from staring at a computer screen for a long time.

Yessssss my eyes always hurt cause I'd be staring at the screen for too long at a time. Blink! has been reminding me to take my eyes of the screen every once in a while -- so helpful!!
