Very disapointed with the customer service assistance and support. The processing time to follow up missing points is very lengthy. Also, I have been informed that I did not accumulate shopping points when provided evidence that I did. Its shameful such a large, iconic Australian company wants to dupe its customers. Not only do they provide small amount of points even on large purchases. Shame on you Qantas!

Not working properly, for example on eBay I did not get the popup to click to start tracking, I had to go to the icon on the Edge toolbar to open it and click on it to commence tracking. I will watch this now on my other browsers as well (Chrome and Firefox).

wow this extension sucks, makes my pages laggy and the points don't even get sent out. Since you can't enable multiple points/rewards apps at the same time, I feel like I've missed out on quite a bit before I checked my account today and saw 0 out of 7 transactions in the system. Uninstalled

This works about half the time. I've started screenshotting my confirmed order page with the Qantas shopping extension showing it's tracking so I can argue for any missing points, but they refuse to help. I would highly not recommend.
