Instantly jump from any deployed application to its exact commit on GitHub.

What it does

This extension detects version identifiers (like git commit SHAs) on web pages and

creates one-click links to view that commit on GitHub. It works with JSON endpoints

such as API health checks, status pages, or any JSON response containing a version

field. It also works with HTML pages that embed version info in meta tags.

Love this thing. Serialize your server's Git commit SHA to a `version` key in a JSON payload and you will be able to easily deep link to the GitHub commit. Saves me a couple clicks everytime.
