Supported IDEs: VS Code, GoLand

How it works:

1. Click the extension icon and add a repo mapping (e.g. myorg/myrepo → /Users/me/code/myrepo)

2. Select your IDE

3. Browse GitHub — "Open in IDE" buttons appear on PR diffs and file views
