This helps me answer customer service emails with helpful and personalized suggestions. It writes a full reply in just a few seconds, and then I can review it and send it right away or edit the email as needed. And a lot of the replies it writes can be sent immediately without any editing. I love how the replies address all the customer's questions and give them the best options. I always tried to give helpful responses to build trust and loyalty but it's very time consuming. Now I can go through a lot of emails without having to spend much time on them. Customers have been very happy with the automatically generated responses. A few even said they ordered after they got a quick and helpful answer. It doesn't sound like something written by AI -- they see an email that sounds like it was written just for them. Using this makes it so much easier and less stressful to see an inbox full of emails! When I want to give a specific answer to a common situation that keeps coming up, I can just save it in the training data and then every customer will get the right information. For example we had some people who were told that their delivery was delayed when it was actually on time. I added that in the control panel. Now every time that question comes up they get the right answer and I don't have to keep writing it out. It doesn't just write generic replies that start an endless back and forth of questions. Usually it's right the first time, and each answer is worked into the message in a natural way too so it doesn't sound like a template that's copied and pasted. One limitation (for now) is that if you need to look up a customer's details to give them an answer, you will still need to do that yourself. This helps with common general questions about your business but it doesn't include personal information about each customer yet, unless they wrote that in their email.
