Finally, a form automation tool that doesn't feel like a liability I've tried a handful of Chrome extensions for batch form submission, and most of them fall into one of two traps: either they're too dumb to handle anything beyond identical fields, or they demand cloud access and want to store your credentials somewhere you can't see. SubmitFlow is neither. The CSV/TSV import with flexible column mapping is where it earns its keep. My data is never clean — column names rarely match what the target form expects — and being able to remap on the fly without touching the spreadsheet saves a surprising amount of friction. The Google Sheets integration for public product pages is a nice bonus when you're working from a live source. What I genuinely appreciate is the "pause for verification" behavior. Login walls, CAPTCHA, email confirmation steps — instead of silently failing or crashing the queue, it just waits. That single design decision shows the developer actually understands real-world form workflows, not just the happy path. The local-first approach is the right call. Task history and reusable profiles stay in the browser. No account required, no data phoning home. For anyone doing competitive research, product submissions, or directory outreach at scale, that matters. Only minor note: the field-confidence scanner occasionally misses a dropdown on more unusual form layouts, but the manual review step before final submission catches it every time — which is exactly why that step exists.
