Applied Epic is the most technologically advanced cloud-based software application built for independent insurance brokers to automate business operations and drive connectivity to insurers and insureds in the changing insurance marketplace.
To use this extension, you'll need to be signed in to Applied Epic and install the Applied Epic Desktop Connector. From the Help menu within Applied Epic, follow the on-screen instructions to complete this necessary install. Once the desktop connector and extension are installed, you'll have access to enhanced workflows throughout Applied Epic.

Great software.
Epic is a great system when you are only focused on one thing. If you have to multi task. It is the worst. Way too many clicking. And there is no multitasking. you have to wait to flip from page to page to really finish one task. which can take 30 minutes. If you are trying to work at a fast pace. It doesn't work for you. You pick up the phone, and you are stalled from your last appointment, and then your team complains if you don't close things fast enough for them. you can write an activity, and you can't really organize it to where you actually can control your tasks, if you have more than 10 tasks a day. You will forget something. Because you can't keep an activity tab open while doing other stuff.
