Sidebar Assistant for Gemini is a lightweight, productivity-focused extension that integrates the official Gemini web application directly into your Google Chrome side panel (Side Panel).

Unlike traditional pop-ups that close when you click away, this assistant remains fixed and active on the right side of your screen while you browse the web, read articles, watch videos, or work across different tabs.

✨ Features made simple and practical:

1-Click Access: Click the extension icon in your browser toolbar to instantly open or close the side panel.

Auto-Connected Session: The assistant displays the official Gemini Web App. If you are already logged into your Google account in your browser, it will automatically load with your active session, preserving all your chat history and preferences.

Persistent Browsing: Switch tabs or visit new websites without losing your focus. The side panel stays open exactly where you left off, making it fast and easy to copy and paste text from web pages directly into the chat.
