MacroPro MyFitnessPal Companion connects the MacroPro web app (macropro.food) to your MyFitnessPal account so you can plan a meal around the macros you have left — and log it — without any copy-pasting.

It works entirely through your existing, already-signed-in MyFitnessPal session in your own browser. You never enter your MyFitnessPal password into MacroPro or this extension, and nothing is stored.

What it does

• Pull remaining macros — reads the "Remaining" row from your MyFitnessPal food diary and sends the four numbers (calories, protein, carbs, fat) to MacroPro, so you can instantly find meals that fit.

• Log a meal in one click — takes the meal you picked in MacroPro and fills your MyFitnessPal Quick Add form (under the meal you choose), then saves it. Your diary opens so you can double-check.
