Very simple extension that lets you add keywords to filter posts (by title) on Reddit, also lets you filter out ads. There are some pre-defined keywords for politics, but you can manage the keywords in any way you would like.
The code is on GitHub, feel free to use it or create pull requests :)

it has stopped working i still see post with trump in the title
somehow works but it honestly lacks the basic keywords management tools which makes it very hard for a daily use, also pressing enter key does work in mobile, overall too disappointed ngl, developer couldve put a bit more effort into it and it would be crazy useful. edit: tried a lot of other filtering extensions and settled on this hidden gem called ultimate reddit filter, you welcome

There is a bug where when you click the extension, you get a 10 pixel wide by 500 pixel tall window. Presumably that's the place to configure the extension?
No more trump in my feed. Thankyou!
It resets keywords after a day or two to the default. Really wish this would get fixed
Custom words I added are removed after a day or so.
It only hid the text and not the actual post
