This addon detects and converts numeric times which include a timezone abbreviations (e.g. UTC, PDT, CEST) and converts them to your local time. Converted times will have a dotted line below them, and you can hover over them to see the original text.

Clicking a converted time will show the original text again.

Examples of time that'll be converted: 7pm PDT, 21:34 cest, 9:00 am UTC + 1

Handles ranges of times too, such as 7-9pm CEST / 10am - 6pm PT.

You can use the menu button to localise times that do not include a time zone abbreviation.

Simply click the icon, and select the time zone used by the times on the page.

This extension is excellent. It looks for any time denoted by time zone (EST, PST, etc) on all or selected webpages and converts them almost immediately. You can choose 12 or 24 hour notation as well as whether or not to include your local time zone. Its default is to include a small analog clock in front of times that have been converted, but you can turn that off if you desire. A must add.

It's perfect; does exactly what it says, which is a great feature to have, particularly for people who need to keep track of events happening around the world. And it does it in a way that looks great and seamlessly integrates with each page. My only suggestion would be to add the time zone (for peace of mind —right now it only shows the time conversion), so you'll know for sure when the extension is working.

I livestream a number of overseas TV channels, and this extension allows me to easily convert the TV guides into my local timezone. It's really, really good. The only thing it needs to make it absolutely perfect is the option to save my settings for a given site, so any time I access the site, it is automatically converted to my local timezone right from the start. Absolutely superb extension, thank you very much!

works excellent, this is one of those extensions that should be installed for everyone by default. All i hope is that you can make a similar extension for currency conversion, as i have not found one that is as seamless or good.

Best one out of the whole WebStore. 1- You dont need to click the extension or select the area, its fully automatic. 2- You can switch from 24h format and 12h format. 3- You can easily see what time was there before and switch the text to it with a click. (my personal favorite). 4- Really good settings. This extension is marvelous! Thank YOU! :)
