I had a very disappointing experience with this extension due to its billing system and customer support. I attempted to pause my subscription, but instead of pausing, I was charged again. This happened while I was already waiting for support to resolve previous billing disputes. Being charged after explicitly trying to stop the subscription is extremely frustrating and has completely undermined my trust in the service. To make matters worse, getting support is incredibly difficult. It's not easy to reach someone who can actually help, and responses are slow, making an already frustrating billing issue even worse. When customers are dealing with payment problems, timely and accessible support should be a priority.
