Found through a Reddit thread, works exactly like I hoped it would!
Had to uninstall and try another one. This specific extension doesn't play nice with my browser+extensions combo. When replying to an email in a reversed thread, the writing area often gets pushed up so I lose sight of what I'm writing. And scrolling doesn't bring it back either. Only a reload (which may lose unsaved draft changes).
Doesn't work for replies, which is what I want it for.
Bingo! It works - solved the problem now the newest email is on the top of threads. Good job!
Small but massive QoL upgrade with this.
Does what it says, but also when you hit reply it makes you go to first message (at bottom now). You have to start typing then it takes you back to the top
