If you also don't like to use electron based applications then can install this plugin. this will utilize your chrome browser to run Slack.

NOTE: All the image assets, names are belong to Slack Technologies. we just provide a way to install web app.

Thank you for this wonderful extension it really allowed me to run slack app in my old laptop. electron version was so slow and this one is way to fast then that.

this is great, work perfectly but somehow notification and unread badges are not working, are there any solution for that ?
