Game changer for anyone who actually uses AI daily I’ve tried a bunch of prompt-saving tools, but Promptly is the first one that actually feels built for real workflows, not just storing text. The dynamic prompt templates are the biggest win for me. Being able to use variables instead of rewriting the same prompt over and over saves a ton of time and keeps outputs consistent. If you’re working with AI for content, coding, or internal tools, this alone is worth it. The prompt library overlay is another standout. Having instant access to my prompt history and favorites inside my workflow instead of jumping between apps makes a bigger difference than I expected. I also move between devices a lot, and the cloud sync just works. Everything stays updated without me thinking about it. For teams, the shared folders and governance features are huge — it finally feels like there’s an actual “AI memory layer” instead of random prompts scattered across docs and chats. Overall, Promptly feels like a professional-grade prompt management tool that scales from solo users to teams. If AI is part of your daily work, this is one of those tools you don’t realize you need until you use it. Highly recommended.
